Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS: All cancellation / rescheduling policies pertain to both Provider and Client. Unless due to illness, 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or the rescheduling of appointments. If notice is received via booking, telephone or text within this period, Client will not be billed. If notice is provided less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment, Client will be billed a rescheduling fee of $30, or cancellation fee of $50. In the case of an emergency or sickness, please contact Provider as soon as possible via telephone or text. The 48 hour notice will be excused and the opportunity to reschedule provided. For all cancellation or rescheduling requests, Provider is to be contacted via telephone or text at: 1-(518) 495-4552. NO-SHOW POLICY: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice (no-show) will result in the full charge of the session. REFUND POLICY: If for any reason Client is not satisfied with Provider's services, Client will be issued a refund for services not provided. CLIENT WELFARE: In order to support the welfare of all clients, it is requested that Client cancel or reschedule an appointment if the Client or members of the immediate household are sick or not feeling well. If Provider has unknowingly been exposed to a contagious disease during a previous appointment, please inform Provider as soon as possible so that safety measures for all Clients can be taken. If Provider is sick, or has been exposed to a contagious disease, the Client will be contacted and the opportunity to reschedule provided.
